Modern energy-efficient windows reduce drafts and heat transfer, which can lower your heating and cooling costs. Any window company can say that. This guarantee puts a dollar figure behind the claim.

Lifetime Window Guarantee (Valued at $1,500+)
The guarantee: "If your windows fail, fog, or break, we fix or replace them for as long as you live in the home."

Fog between the panes is a good example of what it protects you from. It usually means the seal on the glass has failed and moisture has worked its way in. You can't wipe it off from either side, because it isn't on either side. If that happens to your windows, or if they fail or break, we fix them or replace them.
Jared learned the window trade hands-on, working alongside an experienced installer, before he started EverLight Windows. Clean Home Guarantee (Valued at $300)
The guarantee: "If your home isn't spotless after installation, we pay for a professional cleaning service, no questions asked."
Window replacement happens in the rooms you live in. Old windows come out and new ones go in, next to your floors, your furniture and the spaces your family uses every day. Installation usually takes 1 to 3 days, depending on how many windows you're replacing, and it's typically closer to two. At the end, we do a walkthrough with you to make sure everything looks great.
The word in the guarantee is spotless. If your home doesn't meet it, a professional cleaning is on us, and you don't have to argue the point.
On-Time Installation Guarantee (Valued at $500)
The guarantee: "If we don't install on the agreed date, we pay you $100 for every week we're late."
Your windows are custom-made to fit your home, which typically takes 5 to 8 weeks. Jared lets you know once the manufacturer confirms your windows are scheduled to be made.
After that, he checks in weekly, even when the only news is that everything is still going smoothly. Once your windows arrive, we schedule your installation date. You'll get a text the day before your installation, and often another shortly before we arrive.
You plan your week around that date. So we put a number on keeping it. If we don't install on the agreed date, we pay you $100 for every week we're late. It gives us a reason to hold to the schedule, and it gives you something better than an apology if we don't.
No Hidden Fees Guarantee (Priceless)
The guarantee: "The quote you receive is the total amount of the project. No hidden fees, no add-ons, no surprises."
At your free estimate, Jared gives you a price on the spot in almost every case. The exception is a custom shape or custom item that isn't already in his pricing calculator. Either way, the number on your quote is the total amount of your project.
We didn't put a dollar value on this one. Knowing the full cost before you decide is worth more than any figure we could print next to it.
