Window Replacement in Tulsa, OK
Window replacement in Tulsa shouldn't come with surprises.
Before you sign anything, you should know who's coming to your house, when you'll see a price, how long the windows take to make and what happens on installation day.
Jared Busby started EverLight Windows here in Tulsa, and our office is on South Memorial Drive in Bixby, south of the city. We're owner-operated, so the owner is the one who comes out, prices your windows and keeps you posted while they're made.
How Window Replacement in Tulsa Works, Step by Step
A typical project runs through nine steps between the first call and the final walkthrough. Most of the calendar time sits in step six, while your windows are being built.

For the installation side in more depth, see our replacement window process.
-
Step 1: Call, Text or Send the Form
Reach out whichever way suits you: a call or text to (918) 820-5758, or the online estimate request. You can often get a free estimate the same day or the next.
You don't need a brand, a material or a budget figured out first. "The back bedroom is freezing" or "these are the original windows" is plenty to start with.
-
Step 2: A Text Confirms the Details
Jared texts you back a summary of the appointment with the date, the time and the address. It's all there on your screen, so nobody has to remember a phone call.
-
Step 3: Jared Comes to Your Home
The free estimate happens at your house, and it starts with you talking. Jared wants to hear which rooms run hot or cold, which windows stick and what you'd change about the look. Then he looks at the windows himself to work out what's going on.
-
Step 4: Options, Then Prices
Next come the choices: frame material, brand, color and grid pattern. Jared can price more than one version of the job, such as the whole house against just the front, or vinyl against fiberglass.
In almost every case, those prices are in your hands before Jared heads out. The one holdup is a custom shape or custom item that his pricing calculator doesn't include, and that piece may get a follow-up price.
As for range, most windows come in at $630 to $1,600 installed. Size, shape, material, glass type and more decide where yours land, and the window replacement cost page explains each factor.
-
Step 5: You Take Your Time
Nobody will push you to sign at the kitchen table. There's no same-day discount to lose, because Jared puts his best price forward the first time. After the visit he sends a quick "nice to meet you" message, and the next move is yours.
-
Step 6: Your Windows Are Made to Fit
Say yes, and we order your windows. Each one is built to fit its opening in your home, and that typically takes 5 to 8 weeks. You'll hear from Jared once the manufacturer confirms your windows are scheduled to be made.
Jared checks in weekly during the wait, even if all he has to report is that everything is still going smoothly. If a question comes up in between, text him, including after hours, and he'll get back to you.
-
Step 7: Your Installation Date Is Set
We set your installation date once the windows are delivered, not while they're still being built.
Expect a text the day before your installation, and often another shortly before we arrive.
-
Step 8: Installation
Installation usually takes 1 to 3 days, depending on how many windows you're replacing, and it's typically closer to two. If we don't install on the agreed date, our On-Time Installation Guarantee pays you $100 for every week we're late.
-
Step 9: The Walkthrough
When the last window is in, we walk through the job with you to make sure everything looks great. If your home isn't spotless after installation, our Clean Home Guarantee means we pay for a professional cleaning service, no questions asked.

Why Jared Started EverLight Here in Tulsa
EverLight Windows exists because Tulsa homeowners were stuck choosing between two kinds of window companies.
One path ran through a big box store: builder-grade windows, with installation quality that can vary. The other ran through a national franchise: a premium for the brand name, high-pressure sales tactics and a "sign today" discount that expires once the rep leaves.
Jared learned window replacement working alongside an experienced installer in Arkansas as a subcontractor. He got hooked on seeing a finished job come together, and he started EverLight as the third option that was missing. You can read Jared's full story.
Replacement Window Options for Tulsa Homes

We install the two frame materials that are most popular for replacement. Premium vinyl is the budget-friendly one, and it's low maintenance with no painting needed. Fiberglass composite typically costs more, and what you get for the extra is a frame that stays strong and stable through temperature swings.
You can also choose from several trusted brands we install, including Marvin, Amsco and Alside, so you aren't stuck with the one window a company happens to sell.
Then there's the look. White and black are both available. Some homeowners trade white windows with colonial grids for a black exterior with no grid, and others keep white and drop the grid.
Glass is worth asking about too. If your windows are older, they don't have Low-E glass, which is a thin, invisible coating that helps reflect heat. Ask Jared about glass options when he's at your house, since glass type is one of the things that moves the price.
The vinyl and fiberglass windows page compares the two materials in more depth, and our page on energy-efficient windows covers drafts, fog and glass.

Do I need to know what windows I want before the estimate?
No. You can start with nothing more than "these windows are drafty" or "I don't like how the house looks." At your free estimate in Tulsa, Jared will hear what's bothering you, check the windows and lay out the choices, including frame materials, brands, colors and grids, then price the ones you want to compare.
What happens after I accept a quote?
Once you accept a quote, EverLight Windows orders your windows, which are custom-made to fit your home and typically take 5 to 8 weeks. You'll hear from Jared when the manufacturer confirms the order, and he checks in weekly while you wait. After the windows arrive, we set your installation date, and installation usually takes 1 to 3 days.
What happens at the final walkthrough?
The walkthrough happens at the end of your installation. We go through the finished job with you to check that everything looks great, and you can ask about anything you notice. If your home isn't spotless after installation, our Clean Home Guarantee means we pay for a professional cleaning service, no questions asked.
