South Tulsa Window Replacement, Serving Bixby, Jenks and Broken Arrow
Replacement Windows in South Tulsa, From Estimate to Walkthrough
EverLight Windows installs replacement windows in homes across South Tulsa, including Bixby, and residential window replacement is our focus.
If your house still has the windows it was built with, or an earlier set of lower-quality replacements that are already failing, we replace them with custom-made premium vinyl or fiberglass composite windows.
Below is how a project runs, from the first visit to the last walkthrough. Your estimate is with Jared Busby, the owner. You get options instead of a single product, a fair price you can take your time with, and a window installation that usually takes 1 to 3 days once your windows arrive. Every job is backed by our Five Guarantees.

Step 1: Your Free In-Home Estimate
The estimate is where most of the work happens, and it costs you nothing. You don't need a plan, a brand in mind or a list of measurements. Point out the windows that bother you and ask whatever you want to know.
First, Jared texts you a summary with the date, time and address, so you know exactly when he's coming.
At your home, he starts by listening. What's bothering you? Which rooms? What have you noticed? Then he looks at the windows themselves and works out what's going on. After that he walks you through your options: colors, frame materials, brands and grid patterns.
Then you get a price. Jared gives it to you on the spot in almost every case. The one exception is a custom shape or custom item that isn't already in his pricing calculator. That kind of window may take a little longer to price.
You don't have to settle on a single version, either. Jared can prepare several quotes in the same visit:
Your whole home, or only the front of the house
Fiberglass composite, or premium vinyl
One brand, or another
Everything in white, or everything in black
What he won't do is offer a discount that only lasts until he leaves. There are no same-day deals. Jared puts his best price forward from the start, and you can take your time with it.
After the visit he sends a quick nice-to-meet-you message, and the next move is yours. Our window replacement cost page explains what drives the number.
Step 2: Your Windows Are Made to Order
5 to 8 weeksfrom order to delivery
Replacement windows aren't pulled off a shelf. Yours are custom-made to fit your home, and that takes time: typically 5 to 8 weeks from order to delivery. We'd rather tell you that up front than promise something faster and miss it.
The wait goes like this:
You accept the quote, and your windows are ordered.
Jared lets you know once the manufacturer confirms your windows are scheduled to be made.
While they're being built, Jared checks in weekly. If there's news, you hear it. If there isn't, he still lets you know everything is going smoothly.
When the windows arrive, we schedule your installation date.
Several weeks is a long time to wait on an order, and the weekly check-in means you aren't left guessing about yours.
Step 3: Installation Day and the Final Walkthrough
1 to 3 daysdepending on how many windows you're replacing
You'll get a text the day before your installation, and often another shortly before we arrive, so you know when to expect us.
Window installation usually takes 1 to 3 days, depending on how many windows you're replacing, and it's typically closer to two. The installation date we agree on is one we plan to keep, and the On-Time Installation Guarantee puts money behind it: if we don't install on the agreed date, we pay you $100 for every week we're late.
A window is only as good as the way it goes in. What Jared took away from learning the trade is that the details that matter, even when nobody's watching, decide how long a window holds up.
When the work is finished, we do a walkthrough with you to make sure everything looks great. If your home isn't spotless after installation, our Clean Home Guarantee means we pay for a professional cleaning service, no questions asked.

Why Homeowners Replace Their Windows
Energy efficiency is one of the most common reasons homeowners replace their windows, but it's rarely the only one.
Energy Efficiency
More often than not, the windows we take out are the originals from when the house was built. Some are an earlier round of lower-quality replacements that began failing or weren't installed properly the first time. Both tend to show the same symptoms: drafts, fog between the glass, cracks, warped frames, gaps and general damage.
Older windows also don't have Low-E glass. Put those things together and your heating and cooling system works harder than it should, which usually shows up as high energy bills. Modern energy-efficient windows reduce drafts and heat transfer, which can lower what you spend to heat and cool the house. Our energy-efficient windows page goes deeper on the warning signs.
Comfort
Some houses have a room that never feels right. It might be a bedroom that turns into an oven by late afternoon, or a living room that stays chilly no matter where the thermostat sits. When one or two rooms swing hotter or colder than the rest of the house, the windows in those rooms are often part of the reason.
A room with failing windows takes the brunt of every hot afternoon and every cold snap.
Curb Appeal
A lot of homes still have white windows with a colonial grid pattern, and that look has aged. Some homeowners switch to a black exterior with no grid. Others keep a white exterior and lose the grid. Either change gets rid of the pattern that dates the front of the house.
Safety
Older windows are often hard to open, if they open at all. That's a nuisance on a nice spring day and a real problem in an emergency. Many of them also don't lock or unlock properly, which worries a lot of homeowners. New windows that open, close and lock properly address both.
Noise Reduction
Most people don't replace windows for this reason alone. It's a bonus, but a good one. New glass and frames make a big difference in outside noise compared with old windows, and your home will likely be noticeably quieter.
Home Value, as a Bonus
New windows can add value to a home, but we won't hand you a number. Different studies say different things about how much new windows raise a home's value, so Jared treats it as a bonus rather than a reason to buy. If the other five reasons don't apply to you, this one shouldn't carry the decision.
Choosing the Right Replacement Windows for Your Home
A common approach in this industry goes like this: here's our window, and you should replace every window you own with it. The company has one product, so that's the product you get.
We work the other way around. EverLight installs several trusted brands, including Marvin, Amsco and Alside. We offer the two most popular frame materials for replacement: premium vinyl and fiberglass composite. We'd rather show you both, price both and let you decide. Our vinyl and fiberglass windows page covers the differences and the color and grid choices.
Our Focus Is Residential Window Replacement
We focus on residential window replacement: taking the tired windows out of a home and putting custom-made replacement windows in. Commercial and new construction projects aren't our focus, and we don't offer window repair as a service. The windows we fix are our own, under the Lifetime Window Guarantee.
That focus is why every step on this page is built around a homeowner: an estimate at your house, a text before we arrive, a walkthrough with you at the end, and a Clean Home Guarantee behind the cleanup.
Backed by Our Five Guarantees
Every project includes our Five Guarantees, $3,600 in guaranteed value at no extra cost:
Energy Savings Guarantee: If your energy bills don't go down by the amount we project, we'll pay you the annual difference, up to $1,300.
Lifetime Window Guarantee: If your windows fail, fog, or break, we fix or replace them for as long as you live in the home.
Clean Home Guarantee: If your home isn't spotless after installation, we pay for a professional cleaning service, no questions asked.
On-Time Installation Guarantee: If we don't install on the agreed date, we pay you $100 for every week we're late.
No Hidden Fees Guarantee: The quote you receive is the total amount of the project. No hidden fees, no add-ons, no surprises.
EverLight Windows is owner-operated, so the person in your living room at the estimate is the owner, Jared Busby, not a commission salesperson. He got into the trade working alongside an experienced installer in Arkansas, found he loved seeing a finished job come together, and after researching what it would take, started EverLight Windows. The office is on South Memorial Drive in Bixby. Read more about Jared and EverLight Windows.

How long does installation take?
Window installation usually takes 1 to 3 days, depending on how many windows you're replacing, and it's typically closer to two. You'll get a text the day before your installation, and often another shortly before we arrive. At the end, we do a walkthrough with you to make sure everything looks great.
Will you keep me updated while my windows are being made?
Yes. While your custom windows are being made, Jared checks in weekly, even when the only news is that everything is still going smoothly. He also lets you know when the manufacturer confirms your windows are scheduled to be made, and again when they arrive so we can schedule your installation.
What happens if my installation is late?
Every EverLight project includes the On-Time Installation Guarantee. If we don't install your windows on the agreed date, we pay you $100 for every week we're late. Your installation date is set once your custom windows arrive, and you'll get a text the day before so you know when to expect us.
Do you do commercial or new construction windows?
EverLight Windows focuses on residential window replacement: taking out the existing windows in your home and installing custom-made premium vinyl or fiberglass composite windows. Commercial and new construction projects aren't our focus, and we don't offer window repair as a service.
Can I get quotes for more than one option?
Yes. Jared can prepare several quotes during one free estimate. You can compare your whole home against only the front of the house, fiberglass composite against premium vinyl, one brand against another, or white against black. Seeing the options side by side makes it easier to choose what fits your home and budget.
“We got quotes from several companies and chose Everlight Windows because they were honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced.
